Founded in 1998, La Clef des Champs is an association whose goal is to organize  festivals, exhibitions, concerts, competitions and other cultural or artistic events to promote the lifestyle and culture of our department, Haute-Marne.
 
 
Our medieval fair, held annually on Pentecost Sunday in the Deer Park at Châteauvillain, has, since it was established in 2009, attracted more than 5000 people.   
 
The association offer tours of the town daily from 1 July to 31 August at 16h (meet at the 'Tour Auditoire'), as well as a nocturnal tour every Friday during the summer.
 
We are working on the  restoration and enhancement of Châteauvillain's heritage, including restoration of the towers and creating a medieval garden.
 
One of our goals is to promote local artists. Every summer our exhibitions are held in the galleries of the 'Tour Auditoire' .
 
Joining together the network of local associations, we publish news of their activities on this website free of charge.   
 
From time to time we organize concerts involving talented musicians.
